Location
The R&Day - Building Bridges event takes place in the congress centre of BERNEXPO. Please visit the general map by BERNEXPO to find the main entrance of the congress center.
Arriving by public transport
You can reach the BERNEXPO site by tram, bus or S-Bahn from the Bern main train station in just a few minutes.
- Tram number 9: from platform B (“Kante B”); direction “Wankdorf Bahnhof” to stop “Guisanplatz EXPO”
- S-Bahn: S1, S2, S3, S4, S31 or S44) to stop “Bern Wankdorf”; then tram number 9 (direction “Wabern”) to «Wankdorf Center»
- Bus number 20: from platform E (“Kante E”); direction “Wankdorf Bahnhof” to final stop "Wankdorf Bahnhof", then tram number 9 (direction “Wabern”) to "Wankdorf Center"

Arriving by car
The BERNEXPO site is a few hundred meters from the Wankdorf highway junction. From the highway exit, follow the signs «BERNEXPO»/«expo».
Parking
- EXPO Car park: The EXPO car park is located right next to the event site. All-weather parking spaces are also available on and next to the site. (more information about the expo parking and the parking rates you find here)
- Wankdorf center Only a two minute walk from the EXPO site is the Wankdorf center which also have a parking garage. The Wankdorf Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zurich-Geneva-Thun motorway junction. Leave the motorway at the Bern Wankdorf exit and drive in the direction of Zentrum. Follow the signs for the shopping center or the football symbol. You can conveniently park your vehicle in their paid parking garage.
